Would you love to join our team of over 150 people? Who are looking for a UI/UX designer who will conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and use the information to create sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Also making sure that every step in the customer journey, every customer interaction with the product/ products right from start to the end is designed in conformity with the overall UX vision.

The role:

• Plan and conduct user research.
• Interpret data and qualitative feedback.
• Translate product briefs provided by product managers and create user stories, personas, and storyboards.
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
• Create prototypes and wireframes.
• Conduct usability testing.
• Be empathetic to the needs of their audience.
• Develop standard UI components and style guides in coordination with Germany’s UI team for B2B product stack.
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders.
• Address product, marketing and business needs.
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies.
• Conduct, observe and analyze usability testing sessions.
• Develop consistent, intuitive architectures.
• Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented as intended.

Your profile:

• 3-6 years of experience designing, creating, implementing UI design and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices - and you’re always looking to improve on your process
• Power to influence others and build consensus, while dealing with ambiguity
• Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product
• Constant drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments

• Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently with German counterparts.
• Experience creating storyboards and site mapping
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome
• Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
• A deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problems
