Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the EVP of Product to define the product strategy and vision and lead key initiatives.

• Define high-level product concepts, features and releases, maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

• Own specific roadmap items and work closely with different teams and stakeholders to set and hit goals on time.

• Analyze and identify outcomes of your owned projects.

• Discover new opportunities and find out how our products can tap into them.

• Train the next generation. Engage your coaching and mentoring skills when guiding junior team members and introducing new methodologies.

• Communicate the strategy, vision and roadmap to the organization and your affiliated teams.

• Learn quickly. You’ll be regularly collaborating with the founders, reporting to the Head of Product and benefiting from their experience and advice.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of proven track record as a Product Manager in a fast-growing online consumer business.

• Good instincts and fast decision-making, along with an analytic mind for data.

• The ability to work at a high iteration speed together with your team.

• Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.

• You are conceptually-strong but also not afraid to be hands-on.
