Job requirements

Key Responsibilities -

  • Create, deploy, test & learn marketing plans for E-com & DTC channels and achieve ROAS/Cost per order benchmarks.

  • Work with the team to deploy a marketing plan and set up tests brief & co create visuals/copies/content with the marketing team.

  • Collect data, use relevant attribution frameworks and evaluate marketing performance in a dynamic environment.

  • Design/deploy consumer promotions/campaign ideas to drive conversion & purchase on the app.

  • Drive retention of consumers via campaigns and loyalty offer activation.

  • Work with product teams to drive UI/UX optimization, webstore management and web analytics based optimization Identify tangential opportunities for growth via online channels, create a business case with purchase & sales teams and drive growth.

Requirements -

  • 4+ years of experience in scaling e-commerce GMV.

  • Has experience in taking platform revenue/DTC growth from 0 to 1.

  • B2B e-commerce experience will be a plus.

  • Working with cross functional teams.
