Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of ~70 Telesales Agents.

  • Oversee operations from the Indore office (covering North India) and coordinate with the Hyderabad office (covering South India).

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Train and develop sales agents to enhance performance, product knowledge, and sales skills.

  • Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs to track team performance and productivity.

  • Identify and address process inefficiencies, providing system improvements and optimizing workflows.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Procurement, Customer Service and other departments to align strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

  • Problem-solve operational challenges and make data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes.

Job requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding or interest in agriculture, crop protection, and seed business.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to train and lead large teams.

  • Proficient in data analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.

  • Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
