The Role
We seek a hands-on sales manager experienced in B2B software sales, best within agriculture. The primary focus is selling our data products, but also our image recognition licenses and marketing services to medium-sized and multinational companies. The clients vary from agriculture value chain players to IT, from insurance to earth observation companies. You will define our sales strategy, create a tailored playbook, and drive revenue through direct sales and strategic upselling. With you executing on sales you will complete our teams responsible for prospecting and lead generation and B2B contract signing.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Process: Develop and implement a sales playbook tailored to our product suite. Grow our revenue
Pipeline Management: Support the prospecting and lead generation team, and improve sales cycles from qualifying leads to deal closure
Cross-Selling: Identify and leverage opportunities across data, image recognition, and marketing services
Market Discovery & Customer Engagement: Validate client needs and refine the value proposition through direct feedback
What You Bring
Proven success in B2B software sales, ideally from an early-stage start-up
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
Expertise in value-based selling and market discovery
Familiarity with the agricultural industry
Willingness to travel visiting potential clients in India, South East Asia, Africa, Latin America, etc…
