We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce app Merchandising Manager to join our team. As the Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing the vision for our ecommerce app’s product offerings, ensuring that we offer a best-in-class shopping experience to our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a merchandising strategy for our ecommerce app, incorporating insights from customer data and market trends

  • Manage the product catalog, including sourcing, pricing, and presentation of products on the app

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the app’s offerings are optimized for conversion, user experience, and profitability

  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

  • Work with the product and marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the app’s merchandising and product offerings, making recommendations for improvements as needed

Job requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience in an ecommerce company

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience


  • Data Analysis

  • Category marketing

  • Creative management

  • Conversion rate optimization

  • Tools - Google analytics, engagement tools (similar to moenage), Merchandising tool - (similar to Unbxd)
